Our philosophy

We aim to make a significant and lasting impact on the lives of each player, cheerleader, coach, parent, and volunteer involved in our club.
We do this by:

  • Learning to respect each other and our opponents, by always demonstrating good sportsmanship
  • Creating a strong team spirit, by working and achieving goals together as a team
  • Instilling a deep knowledge and love for football, by teaching and applying the rules, technique, strategy and systems of the game
  • Building determination, discipline, self-confidence and commitment, by continuously improving to each individual player and cheerleader’s potential
  • Providing players and cheerleaders with the individual support, reinforcement, constructive criticism and opportunities they need to excel, by engaging knowledgeable, experienced and perceptive coaches and ensuring every player and cheerleader is meaningfully included
  • Ensuring everyone focuses on the fun aspect of the game, by maintaining perspective in all situations, and
  • Creating a well-performing volunteer structure, by recruiting committed and talented individuals, maintaining good communications and managing resources wisely.

All members of the club wish to be held accountable for adhering to this philosophy.
