cheerleaders, parents
and other volunteers. In addition to abiding by
the "Code of Conduct", the Kanata Knights Football Club
requires a written commitment from each member of its'
coaching staff to abide by the Club's "Coaching Code
of Ethics". Through the cooperation of all of its' members,
including parents and guardians, the Kanata Knights
Football Club will make every effort to provide a safe
environment, and to protect all participants from both
physical and emotional harm. Please contact a

Football Skills, Drills and Thrills
The Knights Football Club is a sports club for boys
and girls in Kanata aged 8-19. The Knights teach
football to kids in a way that instills an appreciation
for the importance of teamwork, character and training
while at the same time having fun and making new friends.
The game of football is very energetic and exhilarating.
While keeping kids physically active, it gives them
the opportunity to improve social and practical skills
while having fun. Football teaches a broad range of
motor skills like throwing, catching, agility, balance
and coordination.
Note to Parents
The Knights represent the best value in youth sports
in Kanata. Once the registration fee is taken care of,
the only cost is a pair of cleats and a girdle. All football
equipment is provided by the Club. Equipment is certified
and each player is individually fitted. Coaches in the
Knights program are certified and it is Club policy
that all volunteers, players and cheerleaders abide
by the Club’s Code of Conduct.
Football cleats and girdles will be made available for purchase through the club. For further information, please see our Registration booth at the upcoming Spring Camps.
